Refund Policy
Paid audits (Starter $799 / Site Audit $1,499)
The guarantee: if your audit report doesn't identify at least 3 actionable P0 or P1 gaps, we refund in full — no questions asked. GEO gaps are nearly universal; we publish this guarantee because we can stand behind it.
Beyond the guarantee: audits are custom work delivered as files, so once a report that meets the guarantee has been delivered, it isn't refundable — but we stand behind fix quality. If a delivered file doesn't validate or deploy as described, reply to your delivery email and we revise until it works.
Monthly Re-Audit ($49/mo)
Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (link in every receipt). Cancellation stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. First-month charges refunded on request within 7 days if the first re-scan hasn't satisfied you.
Retainers & agency plans
Governed by their individual agreements; the default is pro-rated refund of unused full months.
How to request
Reply to your receipt or delivery email, or write hello@citefuel.com with your report link. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
