Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), California residents have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information.

CiteFuel does not sell personal information collected through citefuel.com (audit submissions, report emails, purchases). Affiliated business-data products operated by the same company may involve business contact records that qualify as personal information under the CCPA; this page is the opt-out channel for any such records as well.

How to submit an opt-out request

Two methods — use either:

  1. Email: hello@citefuel.com with subject "CCPA Do Not Sell Request". Include the email address(es) and, if applicable, the name/company whose records you want excluded.
  2. Web form:

    Submitting opens a pre-addressed email — no account needed. (A hosted form replaces this as volume grows.)

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt and honor your request within 45 days (the statutory window), typically much sooner.
  • Opted-out records are excluded from any data product and suppressed against future inclusion.
  • You will receive an "Opt-Out Request Honored" confirmation.
  • There is no penalty: opting out never affects pricing or service quality.
